2016 Bob Catlett Memorial Classic
The Bob Catlett Memorial Classic was held Feb 6-7 at the Robert E. Talbot CA. The weather was great for running dogs with the highs in the mid 50's. The scenting conditions were tough with winds drying things out. With a new hour course laid out the dogs had more places to search and show their hunting ability.
With our family bonding time the trial ran smoothly. Kristi, Ivy, James Ogle and Justin Crook done a great job with the dog wagon, planting birds, and supplying our hot lunch. It takes teamwork to make for this to happen and I would like to say thank you very much.
Our judges for the weekend were Ken Chenoweth and Stephen Ruggles. These two watched 39 dog's run in two days. These gentlemen are always very professional and we would like to thank them for giving up their family time to help us out.
