CH Attitudes High Finance

January 3, 2003 - December 12, 2010 - Pointer Male

Attitudes High Finance "Ben" was whelped on January 3rd of 2003. Edwin Cooley was the breeder, whom shortly thereafter sent both Ben and his brother Cash Advance to Stan Wint and Scott Miller for early development.

As a Derby Ben started slow but ended up the spring Derby by winning the National Open Derby and National Free for All Derby that led him to being named National Derby of Year in 2006. Ben remained on his hot streak by winning the National Open Invitational Championship in 2006.

In 2006 Ben was acquired by longtime friends Scott Turner and Dennis Beauford to be trialed on the east coast. Ben flourished in the east and won early on at the 2007 Southeast Regional Championship, the 2008 National Amateur Championship, and was named the Runner up Champion at the National Free for All. With those wins, Ben was named the 2007-2008 National Amateur Shooting Dog of the Year. Ben was struck with a rare disease that completely ended his run in the NBHA.

Ben's record reflects 16 wins, all NBHA. He also produced 24 winners with 197 wins. Of the 24 winners, five are multiple Champions within the NBHA.

Ben left his mark within the confines of the NBHA, not only with his win record but also with his ability to produce Champions. Dennis and Scott would like to thank the selection committee for his election.
