2025-2026 NBHA Business Meeting and Awards Banquet
The 2026 National Bird Hunters Association meeting and awards banquet are scheduled for Friday and Saturday July 24th and 25th.
This year’s host hotel is the Hyatt Place Memphis/Germantown, TN with the banquet occurring at the National Bird Dog Museum in Grand Junction, TN.
The NBHA has special group room rates for this event. To take advantage of the NBHA event rate, please make all lodging reservations by June 24th using one of the following methods
• By Calling 1-888 HYATT HP (1-888-492-8847) (Hyatt Place) or calling the Hotel Directly at 901-759-1174 – Front Desk 0. When calling, all guests must identify themselves as a member of Group in order to obtain the Group’s rate.

An itinerary of events are as followed:
*Social Hour*
Friday, July 24, 5:00 PM- 6:30 PM.
-Location: Hyatt Place, Germantown, TN.
-Drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
*Business Meeting*
-Saturday, July 25, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
-Location: Hyatt Place, Germantown, TN.
-Refreshments available.
*Awards Banquet*
-Saturday, July 25, 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM.
-Location: National Bird Dog Museum, Grand Junction, TN.
-5:30 - 6:30 Social Hour with bar.
-6:30 - 7:15 Dinner.
-7:30- 9:30 Awards Ceremony.
-Bus provided (limited capacity) to and from museum departing hotel at
4:45 PM and returning at approximately 9:45 PM.
